You must have goals, but goals don’t mean much for individuals who haven’t a means of monitoring how good you are advancing. In my opinion this is actually the problem plenty of business leaders have with company culture. It is not they don’t comprehend it, nor they are not seeing the merit to make cultural improvements. Frequently, though, they battle to understand whether their attempts will work-whether their culture is really improving whatsoever.
